    No prior experience is needed. This course is designed for both beginners and those looking to deepen their journaling practice.

  • How much time do I need to dedicate each day?

    During the course you need 1hr to attend the session everyday (morning 7am / evening 7pm) After the course - You’ll need about 15-20 minutes daily for the journaling exercises. However, you can adjust the time to fit your schedule.

  • What materials do I need?

    Everything you need for the course will be delivered to you at home as Your Journaling Course kit.

  • Will the course include live sessions or recordings?

    The course includes both live sessions and recordings. If you miss a session, you can catch up with the recording provided. Access to recordings will be given for 6 months after the course is over.

  • Can I share my journaling with others in the course?

    Sharing is optional. While personal reflection is encouraged, you can share insights and experiences with the group if you feel comfortable.
